PICK A LETTER

‘Papa, isn’t it time we set the next quiz for the fans?’ Hiccup asked me this morning.
‘It certainly is Hiccup.’ I replied knowing that he would want it done NOW!
‘Can we do it now?’ he said beseechingly.
I do hate being right; but it’s just that I know him too well and if something is to be done, then the only time in Hiccup’s mind is NOW.
Then I guess I’d better send something to our friends at Austin Macauley for them to add to the website.
‘Make it a bit harder this time, please Papa.’ Everyone guessed it last time.’ I do admit that the clues were all there; but I don’t think this one will be much harder.
I showed Hiccup the drawing I had chosen and he agreed with my choice.
‘Gosh Papa.’ I remember that adventure. ‘That was when …………….
I stopped him because I know he would tell you which teddy-bear it is.

For a prize this time, we will be offering to send a signed print of the new drawing to whoever comes up with the best (and hopefully humorous) caption.
Hiccup asked me if we could choose the best on his birthday. I explained to him that he had celebrated his birthday already.
‘Well can’t I have another?’ was the reply.
This teddy-bear is persistent, very persistent in fact.
‘No, we will make it the 13th of April this time, and that is a month after your birthday.’

‘OK.’ He replied quietly. ‘Do tell them about the page for the children too.’
I have begun setting up a page for children to engage with Hiccup, it will begin slowly and I hope build to something more substantial in time.
But do have a look when it’s ready. It will keep one little person happy!

Just send me an email to
blueskiesartwork@gmail.com
A signed copy of the print (signed by Hiccup of course) will go to whoever makes Hiccup smile the most.
